Corrections · Edition history
A changed claim needs a visible reason.
This collection is published as dated research editions. The cutoff tells you when research stopped; individual sources and observations retain their own dates. A new source does not silently turn an old forecast into an achieved result.
Propose a correction
Use the Program Receipts source repository’s issue tracker. Identify the program and edition, the exact disputed sentence or data record, the proposed correction, and a primary-source URL with its page or paragraph locator. Distinguish a factual error from a new event after the edition’s cutoff.
Repository access may be required; a publicly accessible correction intake has not yet been verified. This site has no submission form or response-time commitment. Please do not post private records, credentials or nonpublic information. The edition history below remains readable without repository access.
How revisions are labeled
Material factual corrections record the old claim, corrected claim, reason and date in the program’s edition history and the repository change log. Substantive new source review gets a dated edition with its own cutoff. Presentation-only changes are identified as such and do not imply renewed factual review. Prior releases and source-control history preserve reviewable earlier text; this policy does not claim multiple public releases existed before the first publication.

September 12, 2026 · Collection edition 1.0
- Added the programreceipts.com collection home, methods, shared source navigation and corrections history.
- Retained the complete MQ-25 edition 1.0, evidence cutoff 15:30 UTC. Its page now lives at MQ-25; the factual narrative, original/revised baselines and evidence boundaries are preserved. Collection navigation and publication wording were adjusted.
- Added KC-46A edition 1.0, evidence cutoff 16:07:30 UTC. It distinguishes the original RAA package, later IOC declaration, dated deliveries, operating limits and future fixes.
- Added portable PDF/Markdown/JSON downloads and domain metadata. Website/domain deployment is separate from preparing this edition; this history does not assert that DNS or hosting was already activated.
No factual correction is recorded in this first collection edition. Review notes are the producing research review plus executed verification, not an independent audit. No Sentinel report is represented as finished, and no completion date is promised.
