The program pages carry the full source cards: original publisher links, document labels, exact locators, retrieval limits and backlinks to the claims they support. This collection index points directly to those cards. Source identifiers are local to each program edition.
The registers are curated source sets, not exhaustive bibliographies or live feeds. Several official sites block direct retrieval; the relevant cards explain when earlier primary receipts or official browser retrieval supplied the evidence. PDF page anchors are navigation aids and vary by reader.
